Laser and inkjet marking systems are used in several applications, especially for industrial activities. Laser marking usually is the preferable solution for applications where high quality and permanent markings are needed, even with higher costs of equipment acquisition in comparison to inkjet markers, which have higher operating costs because of ink materials. In other hand, besides lower investment costs, inkjet markers also have the advantage to mark a great variety of materials and colors and do not affect the material marked in terms of temperature increasing or surface modification.
